Jun Wang, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Yau Mathematical Science Center, Tsinghua University Email Jun Wang
Jun Wang joined the foundation in 2017 as part of the Flatiron Institute’s Center for Computational Biology, and is currently a Guest Researcher. Wang is currently an Assistant Professor at Yau Mathematical Science Center, Tsinghua University. As a member of the Numerical Algorithms group, she developed new methods for the simulation of fluid dynamics and diffusion, with a particular focus on moving geometries, biophysical applications and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging. Before coming to the foundation, she obtained her Ph.D. from the Courant Institute at New York University, and B.S. from Peking University, China.
