Richard Stiskalek

Predoctoral Fellow, Galaxy Formation, CCA, Flatiron Institute

Richard Stiskalek is a predoctoral fellow at the Center for Computational Astrophysics (CCA) and a D.Phil. candidate at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on the cosmological rescaling of dark matter halo merger trees and its applications to semi-analytical galaxy formation models within the CAMELS-SAM suite. He also works on models of the local Universe and its peculiar velocity field, as well as galaxy evolution & dynamics and gravitational-wave astronomy.
