F. DuBois Bowman

F. DuBois Bowman is chair of the biostatistics department at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. He leads a research program focused on the development and applications of statistical methods for complex neuroimaging data and other large-scale datasets, including electronic medical records. He is an elected fellow of the American Statistical Association, served as president of the Eastern North American Region of the International Biometric Society and received the James Grizzle Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of North Carolina. He has also served as associate editor of Biometrics and as associate editor of the Journal of the American Statistical Association.
