Jun Wang, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Jun Wang joined the foundation in 2017 as part of the Flatiron Institute’s Center for Computational Biology. As a member of the Numerical Algorithms group, she develops new methods for the simulation of fluid dynamics and diffusion, with a particular focus on moving geometries, biophysical applications and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging. Before coming to the foundation, she obtained her Ph.D. from the Courant Institute at New York University, and B.S. from Peking University, China.
