Sara Mejias Gonzalez, B.A.

Coordinator, CCM, Flatiron Institute

Sara Mejias Gonzalez joined the Center for Computational Mathematics as Administrative Coordinator in 2019. Prior to Flatiron Institute, Sara served as Coordinator of STEM Investments at Boston Public Schools where she managed projects funded by the GE Foundation across 15 schools, grades k-12, and helped to enhance the qualifications of underrepresented students for STEM work-based learning programs. Sara also co-founded a mobile application with a group of students at Boston University that helps urban refugees find services in cities, called Urban Refuge. Sara earned her B.A. in International Relations at Boston University and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Politics at New York University.
