Emil Thomasen, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, CCM, Flatiron Institute

Emil Thomasen joined the Center for Computational Mathematics (CCM) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September 2025. Emil works on developing and applying methods to interpret structural biology and biophysics experiments using molecular modeling and simulations. Prior to joining, he obtained his Ph.D at the University of Copenhagen.
