Dr. Coruzzi specializes in plant systems biology. As Carroll & Milton Petrie Professor of Biology at NYU’s Center for Genomics and Systems Biology, her work on gene regulatory networks controlling nitrogen use in the model plant Arabidopsis is funded by NIH, NSF and DOE. She is a Fellow of the American Association for Advancement of Science, the American Society of Plant Biology, and serves on the Arabidopsis Informatics Consortium and an Advisory Board to the Joint Genome Institute (JGI).
