For the first time, the five Flatiron Institute research centers (astrophysics, biology, mathematics, neuroscience and quantum physics), as well as its Scientific Computing Core and the Foundation Models for Science Initiative, will be represented at the Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS). The conference will run from December 10 through December 16, 2023, in New Orleans and will host talks and poster sessions related to machine learning and computational neuroscience. Tutorials and workshops will promote exchanges of ideas between attendees. The prestigious conference will include talks by Flatiron Institute scientists and research posters about work done at the Flatiron Institute.
