Chloe Renfro, Ph.D.

Chloe Renfro joined the Flatiron Institute in September 2026 as a Flatiron Research Fellow, holding a joint position between the Center for Computational Biology and the Initiative for Computational Catalysis. She earned her Ph.D. in computational and theoretical chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where her research focused on reaction kinetics and redox potentials in complex environments, such as the electrochemical double layer. She holds a B.A. in applied mathematics and chemistry from Bowdoin College.
