Xuanzhao Gao, Ph.D.

Xuanzhao Gao joined the Center for Computational Mathematics (CCM) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September 2025. Xuanzhao works on fast algorithms for partial differential equations and tensor network methods for high dimensional problems. Before joining the Flatiron Institute, he completed a four-year Ph.D. program at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He also holds a B.S. in physics from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
