Aviya Litman, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, Genomics, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Aviya Litman will join the Center for Computational Biology (CCB) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in October 2026. She received her Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Princeton University, where she developed machine learning methods for characterizing phenotypic and genetic heterogeneity in autism. She previously received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Columbia University. Prior to joining CCB as a Flatiron Research Fellow, she was a CCB Summer Research Associate as well as a CCB Guest Researcher.
