Madhu Sudan is the Gordon McKay Professor of Computer Science at Harvard University. His work explores reliable mechanisms for computers to interact with one another. He received the 2002 Nevanlinna Prize and the 2014 Infosys Foundation Prize in Mathematical Sciences. He was named a Simons Investigator in Theoretical Computer Science in 2016.
