Simons Collaboration on Cracking the Glass Problem Holds 2021 Annual Meeting Online
The Simons Collaboration on Cracking the Glass Problem met remotely to provide research highlights from the past year. Collaboration director Sidney Nagel provided a collaboration overview, followed by talks by Francesco Zamponi on Yielding of Amorphous Solids and David Reichman on Anomalous Low-Temperature Behavior of Glasses. The meeting was complimented by a Simons Foundation Lecture given by Ludovic Berthier on The Quest for the Ideal Glass.
