The Bioinformatics team manages the computational analysis and distribution of genetic and digital health data across various Simons Foundation autism and neuroscience collaboration cohorts, including SPARK, the Simons Simplex Collection, Simons Searchlight, Research Match, the Autism Inpatient Collection and Autism BrainNet. The Bioinformatics team performs quality control and analysis of large-scale genomic data, including returning genetic results to SPARK participants, and harmonization of participant genetic and phenotypic data. The team also collaborates with internal staff and external researchers who are utilizing genetic and other datasets for research studies.
