Aavishkar Patel, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, CCQ, Flatiron Institute

Aavishkar Patel is a Flatiron Research Fellow at the Center for Computational Quantum Physics, joining in July 2022. He uses theoretical and computational techniques to study strongly correlated gapless quantum states of matter, focusing on their dynamical properties and on the role of inhomogeneities. He was previously a Miller Research Fellow at the University of California Berkeley, and earned a Ph.D. in physics from Harvard University.
