Aidan Daly, Ph.D.
Guest Researcher, CCB, Flatiron Institute
Aidan Daly’s work focuses on the use spatial transciptomic/proteomic data in concert with advanced computational models to understand the spatiotemporal dynamics of disease in ALS. Prior to joining the foundation, Aidan completed his D.Phil. in Computer Science at Oxford University on a Rhodes Scholarship, where his research centered around assessing identifiability and developing reproducible reporting standards for cardiac cell models. Aidan completed his B.A. in Computer Science at Harvard University, with a secondary concentration in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
