Jasmine Schoch

Jasmine Schoch is an undergraduate from northern Virginia currently studying at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle, where she is passionately exploring the intersection of computer science and biology. Driven by her love for both disciplines, she contributes to innovative research in the Virtual Brain Lab, working on a neuroscience data visualization renderer. Jasmine loves to push the boundaries of neuroscience and wishes to make a significant impact in the field. Beyond her academic pursuits, Jasmine is a devoted member of UW’s Traditional Chinese Dance team, performing elegant group routines and solos of varying styles at Seattle’s various cultural events. In her free time she enjoys reading, exploring local cafes, and skiing in the winter. With a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic flair, Jasmine aspires to leverage her skills to create a positive change in the scientific community and beyond.
