Kaze Wong, Ph.D.

Kaze Wong is a Flatiron Research Fellow at the Center for Computational Astrophysics. Kaze earned his PhD from Johns Hopkins University in physics and astronomy and his bachelors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is the winner of the 2020 HPC-Europa 3 Transnational Access Programme, the 2015 Reaching Out Award, the 2015 New Asia College Student Study Trip Scheme and the 2014 C.N. Yang Scholarship. Kaze will develop algorithms and codes for computational astrophysics, analyze large astronomy data sets, develop his own research programs, and work in collaboration with group leaders at CCA.
