Pierre-Étienne Fiquet
PhD Student, New York University
Pierre-Étienne Fiquet received a MS in Cognitive Science from École Normale Supérieure in 2016 and is currently obtaining his PhD in Neuroscience in Eero Simoncelli’s lab at New York University. He has been a guest researcher at the Center for Computational Neuroscience since 2020. His research interest focus on principles of neural computation for dynamic visual processing in biological and artificial systems. He constructs signal representations that support temporal anticipation, adapt to environmental statistics and which are informed by perceptual and physiological data.
