Hannah Lawrence

Hannah Lawrence joined the Center for Computational Mathematics as a Research Analyst in September 2019 and is currently a Guest Researcher. Previously, she was an intern with the Numerical Algorithms group at the Center for Computational Biology. Lawrence has also completed several short-term research projects at Yale University and Microsoft Research. Her interests span algorithms (numerical and otherwise), machine learning, and signal processing. She completed a double major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Yale University, where she was awarded the Russell Henry Chittenden Prize for academic excellence. Lawrence is currently obtaining her PhD in Mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
