Zhicheng Pan, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, Genomics, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Zhicheng Pan joined the Center for Computational Biology’s Genomics group in September 2022. Prior to coming to the Flatiron Institute, he earned his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics at the University of California at Los Angeles, and his Bachelor of Engineering in Bioinformatics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In his Ph.D. thesis, Zhicheng developed machine learning strategies for studying post-transcriptional regulations. While at UCLA, Zhicheng was awarded the University fellowship.
