3rd SPHEREx Community Workshop

Join organizers: Jamie Bock, Olivier Doré, Shirley Ho, David Hogg, Anthony Pullen and David Spergel for the 3rd SPHEREx Community Workshop, hosted by the Center for Computational Astronomy (CCA) at the Flatiron Institute.  This workshop will establish a collaboration of astrophysicists and data scientists in the greater NYC area to take advantage of SPHEREx’s unprecedented dataset.

The workshop will take place Feb 24-26, 2020 at the Flatiron Institute and will include 15-minute talks from several speakers on synergies between SPHEREx and other datasets for various science goals. These talks will be followed by break-out and discussion sessions when we will decide which collaborative science efforts to pursue.  We will also host at CCA a dinner on Monday evening and a reception on Tuesday at the end of session, as well as a hack day for the projects on Wednesday.  We look forward to seeing you there.
