Title: Non-Gibbs Statistical Equilibrium of Star Clusters

Abstract: Gibbs distribution is thought to be valid for all real world many-body systems in statistical equilibrium. Stellar dynamics near supermassive BH seems to be an exception — the system does have an (intermediate-asymptotic) statistical equilibrium, but this equilibrium seems to be non-Gibbsian. This poses an interesting challenge for theoretical physics.
