Title: Developmental dynamics during vertebrate embryogenesis
Breakthroughs in single-cell genomics have begun to comprehensively identify the transcriptional changes during cellular differentiation. I will discuss how we use these datasets to uncover the composition and regulation of modules that remodel cellular structures and functions. I will also talk about our recent efforts in using non-traditional model systems to study embryogenesis and sleep.
