Title: Automating Research at FutureHouse
Abstract: In this talk, I will discuss our work at FutureHouse, a new, philanthropically-funded research lab in San Francisco focused on automating scientific discovery. At FutureHouse, we are building AI systems that can come up with hypotheses, conduct experiments, analyze results, and allow human scientists scale up the process of basic discovery in biology and other sciences. I will also present WikiCrow, an AI agent built at FutureHouse for automating synthesis of knowledge across the scientific literature.
