Aramis Tanelus is a guest researcher at the Flatiron Institute researching artificial neural networks for sound source localization in collaboration with Alex Williams. Tanelus is a PhD Candidate at CDS at New York University. He has developed software for chronic, synchronized recording of Mongolian gerbils in long-term experiments. Currently, his research centers around methods of analyzing the data recovered from these experiments.
