Beatrix Muehlmann, Ph.D.

Beatrix Muehlmann is a postdoc at McGill University. Originally from Italy, she attended the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) for her undergraduate studies before completing her Ph.D. at the University of Amsterdam. Her current research focuses on exponentially expanding space-times that may approximately describe our own universe. The models and tools she studies include matrix models, two-dimensional quantum gravity and conformal field theories.
