Cesar Agón, Ph.D.

Cesar Agón is a postdoc at Instituto Balseiro, Bariloche, Argentina. Originally from Colombia, he earned his Ph.D. at Brandeis University under the joint supervision of Matthew Headrick and Albion Lawrence. He spent three years as a postdoc at the Yang Institute for Theoretical Physics before moving to his present academic position. He is currently interested in the study of entanglement entropy in quantum field theories, its dynamics and its connection to the emergence of spacetime in holographic systems.
