Chris Edelmaier, Ph.D.

Software Engineer, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Chris Edelmaier joined the Flatiron Institute in April 2023 as a software engineer. Previously, Edelmaier was a postdoctoral fellow at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in applied physical sciences, and at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in cell and developmental biology. Before this, Edelmaier received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Currently, he uses simulations to study the cytoskeleton and its relationship to various biological processes.
