Gilad Turok

Graduate Student, Cornell University

Gilad Turok joined the Center for Computational Mathematics (CCM) as a research analyst, working closely with Dr. Bob Carpenter. He graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in applied mathematics. His interests are broadly in probabilistic machine learning, with specific interests in Markov chain Monte Carlo methods, variational inference, diffusion and flow generative models, and AI4Science. Gilad will begin his graduate studies at Cornell University in the fall of 2025 and will continue collaborating with Flatiron as a guest researcher.
