Ish Kaul

Research Analyst, CCA, Flatiron Institute

Ish Kaul joined the Center for Computational Astrophysics (CCA) as a spring predoctoral fellow in January 2026. His research spans a broad range of problems, including multiphase gas in the CGM and solar corona and understanding SEDs from radiation-MHD simulations of accretion disks. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in physics with a certificate in applied math and is currently a PhD student at University of California, Santa Barbara.
