Katlyn Hobbs is a Pre-Doctoral Research Analyst at the Center for Computational Astrophysics and a Ph.D. student at Queen’s University Belfast. Her research focuses on Sun-as-a-star observations and the evolution of solar active regions, with the goal of improving our understanding of stellar activity and its impact on radial velocity measurements for exoplanet detection.
