Mahsa Mofidi, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, Structural and Molecular Biophysics, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Mahsa Mofidi joined the Center for Computational Biology (CCB) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September, 2024. Mahsa received a Ph.D. in material science at the Univerity of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Ph.D. in nanotechnology at Sharif University of Technology, Tehran. Her research focuses on the molecular dynamics of proteins and membrane interactions. Mahsa has been awarded a GHC Student Scholarship for the highly prestigious Grace Hopper Celebration 2023 (GHC 23), the largest community of women in tech.
