Manuel Rudolph

Ph.D. Candidate, Swiss Federal Technology Institute of Lausanne (EPFL)

Manuel is a Predoctoral Researcher at the Center for Computation Quantum Physics, where he works with Joseph Tindall and Miles Stoundenmire on advancing techniques for simulating quantum systems and quantum computers. He is a visiting Ph.D. candidate from Swiss Federal Technology Institute of Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland in the group of Prof. Zoë Holmes and develops new simulation algorithms with provable efficiency guarantees. Manuel previously worked as a Quantum Application Scientist at the quantum computing start-up Zapata Computing and holds B.Sc. & M.Sc. degrees in Physics from Heidelberg University.
