Maria Avdeeva joined the Flatiron Institute in 2020 as a member of the Developmental Dynamics Group. Prior to joining the Foundation, Maria was a research scholar at the Department of Computational and Systems Biology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Maria is a mathematician by training and received her PhD in Mathematics from Princeton University.
