Mike Grudić joined the Center for Computational Astrophysics (CCA) as an Associate Research Scientist – Software in 2024. Previously he obtained his Ph.D. in physics from Caltech in 2019, and was a CIERA (Center for Interdisciplinary Exploration and Research in Astrophysics) Fellow at Northwestern and a Hubble Fellow at Carnegie Observatories. He works on numerical hydrodynamics simulations and star formation modeling, and leads the multi-institution STARFORGE collaboration.
