Minhuan Li, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, CCM, Flatiron Institute

Minhuan Li joined Center for Computational Mathematics (CCM) as a Flatiron Research Fellow. His research focuses on guiding sampling of protein conformations using raw experimental measurement, combining statistical physics frameworks with machine learning techniques to model macromolecular dynamics. He is also broadly interested in generative modeling and Bayesian inference methodologies. Prior to joining the Flatiron Institute, Minhuan earned a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and an M.S. in Computational Science and Engineering from Harvard University, and a B.S. in physics from Fudan University.
