Paul Wennberg is the R. Stanton Avery Professor of Atmospheric Chemistry and Environmental Science and Engineering at the California Institute of Technology. He received his B.A. in chemistry from Oberlin College and his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Harvard University. Wennberg studies the global carbon cycle using remote sensing and atmospheric chemistry in both remote and urban regions using in situ observations and a hierarchy of modeling approaches.
