Paula Lukats joined the foundation in 2017 as administrative manager for the Center for Computational Quantum Physics at the Flatiron Institute. Previously, Lukats was a program director and community-supported-agriculture program manager at Just Food, a nonprofit that brings locally grown food to New York City communities. Before her time at Just Food, she worked at the Partnership for the Homeless, providing direct social-work services to adults. Lukats has an MSW from Ohio State University and a B.A. in economics and sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
