Peri Lund is the program coordinator for the Simons Foundation’s Science, Society & Culture division. She supports program development and grantmaking –– particularly within the division’s science outreach portfolio –– through proposal review and grants administration. She also contributes to the division’s external communications and storytelling, including content development and media strategy.

Previously, Lund managed the strategic planning and execution of the division’s Presidential Lecture series, which aims to foster discourse, discovery and a sense of belonging within the broader New York research community. She also helped develop the Autism in the Workplace program and supported a range of community engagement initiatives.

Lund holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies with a double minor in social and economic justice and education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
