Phillip Pope joined the Initiative for Computational Catalysis (ICC) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September 2025. He is interested in developing machine learning models and methods for electronic structure and other applications in catalysis. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2025.
