Refilwe Tanah Bua

Refilwe Tanah Bua is a Physics and Applied Math major and a rising junior at Pomona College. Her focus is on computational fluid dynamics, studying the vorticity of sphagnum moss. Refilwe is also a top Achiever, which is a scholarship from the Botswana government based on merit. She is currently working with Simons Observatory, doing radio data analysis. Her mentors are SO’s Jake Spisak and Brian Keating.
