Saúl Antonio Herrera González, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, CCQ, Flatiron Institute

Saúl Antonio Herrera González joined the Center for Computational Quantum Physics (CCQ) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September 2025. He is broadly interested in employing numerical approaches to study the many-electron problem, and his recent work focuses on the superconductivity of two-dimensional materials. Prior to joining CCQ, he received his Ph.D. in physics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
