Sidney Holden, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, Biological Transport Networks, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Sidney Holden joined the Centre for Computational Biology (CCB) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in October, 2024. He works in the Biological Transport Networks group, modeling the development and functioning of high-density networks such as animal vasculature and leaf venation. Sidney obtained his Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, where he developed continuum and numerical methods for differential equations on networks.
