Danyun He, Ph.D.

Flatiron Research Fellow, Biophysical Modeling, CCB, Flatiron Institute

Danyun He joined the Center for Computational Biology (CCB) in 2024 as a Flatiron Research Fellow in the Biophysical Modeling group. Prior to joining CCB, He received her Ph.D. in applied mathematics, and M.S. in computational science and engineering at Harvard University, and B.S. in computational mathematics at City University of Hong Kong. In her Ph.D. thesis, He modeled animal navigation in fluids with machine learning and statistical methods, and developed computational tools for analyzing insect wings.
