Edward A. Roualdes, Ph.D.

Edward A. Roualdes is an Associate Professor of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at California State University, Chico, his undergraduate alma mater. He has primarily published in the intersection between ecology and statistics. Roualdes has been a core developer of the probabilistic programming language Stan since 2018. Roualdes has a B.S. in Mathematics from Chico State, a M.S. in Economics from Tufts University, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from University of Kentucky.
