Yun Hao, Ph.D.

Yun Hao joined the Center for Computational Biology’s Genomics Group in December 2022. He earned his Ph.D. in computational biology at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences at Fudan University in Shanghai, China. In his Ph.D. thesis, Hao developed deep-learning models for improving the interpretability of drug toxicity prediction. His Ph.D. work was selected for the Best Abstract Award at the 2022 Society of Toxicology Annual Meeting.
