Dr. Emily Miraldi is a computational and systems biologist whose lab, at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, builds mathematical models of the immune system (http://miraldilab.cchmc.org/).

Mahsa joined the Center for Computational Biology (CCB) as a Flatiron Research Fellow in September, 2024.

Matthew Morse is a Senior Engineer in Corporate R&D at Qualcomm. He interned at the Flatiron Institute in the CCB biophysical modeling group in 2017 and was a visitor until 2020.

Dr. James Morton is an investigator in the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Branch at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).

Vikram Mulligan completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Toronto, working in the lab of Avi Chakrabartty on molecular mechanisms of protein misfolding in late-onset neurodegenerative diseases.

Ehssan Nazockdast is an Assistant Professor of Applied Physical Sciences at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Daniel Needleman joined the Center for Computational Biology as a Senior Research Scientist in September 2020.
